Job summary

TKMS ATLAS UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders, providing commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle and supporting organisational change from Dorset Innovation Park. You’ll partner with leaders to translate business priorities into effective people plans and lead HR initiatives that support both people and the wider objectives.

You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR support, coaching managers, driving talent development and engagement,

Qualifications

• Strong experience in an HR Business Partnering role.
• Sound knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation.
• Experience supporting organisational change, transformation and workforce planning.
• Experience across talent management, organisational development and employee engagement.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR advice to managers and senior leaders.
• Manage complex employee relations cases in line with legislation and policy.
• Support organisational change, transformation and workforce planning activities.
• Advise on talent management, performance, learning and development and succession planning.
• Coach and develop managers to improve people management capabilities.
• Support employee engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead HR projects, process improvements and digital HR initiatives.
• Utilise data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Support health, wellbeing, governance, compliance and social value initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
