Job summary

Actemium UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Manager to support multiple business units across the UK. You will provide trusted advice across the full employee lifecycle, including ER, organisational development, talent management and change, while promoting a positive, inclusive culture.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver HR plans, drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession and engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with UK employment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in senior HR advisory/generalist roles within engineering, manufacturing, construction or project-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and complex ER cases.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and driving people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR business partner to leaders, delivering pragmatic people advice.
• Develop HR plans aligned with business objectives and people strategy.
• Guide employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability processes.
• Coach managers to improve people management and performance.
