Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our European Head Office team in Maidenhead. You will partner with leaders across Technology & Business Process and Supply Chain, providing strategic and operational HR support to drive business success.

You will lead people initiatives, enhance engagement, support organisational change, and ensure excellent HR service delivery across the business.

Qualifications

Previous HR Business Partner or HR generalist role.
Strong understanding of UK employment law.
Experience managing employee relations cases.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Business to deliver proactive HR support and coaching.
Drive Employee Engagement and Wellbeing initiatives across functions.
Ensure smooth HR Operations including onboarding, changes and compliance.
Support Employee Relations and Recruitment activities with managers and Talent Acquisition.
Lead HR Projects and change programs for business growth.
Review and update HR policies and communicate new initiatives.
