Job summary

TKMS ATLAS UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to influence leaders, develop people strategies and support change within a growing technology and engineering business. Based at Dorset Innovation Park, Winfrith Newburgh, Dorchester, the role reports to the Head of HR.

You’ll partner with senior leaders across the organisation, providing commercially focused HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, blending strategic partnering with hands-on operation to build high-performing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Experience guiding organisational change, workforce planning and talent development.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and manage multiple projects autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR advice to managers and senior leaders.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with compliance to legislation and policies.
• Support change, transformation and workforce planning activities.
• Advise on talent management, performance, learning and succession planning.
• Coach and develop managers to build people management capability.
• Support employee engagement and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects and digital HR initiatives.
• Use people data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
