Job summary

Techtronic Industries - Europe HQ is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our European Head Office team in the UK. You will partner with leaders across TBP and Supply Chain, delivering strategic and operational HR support to drive business success and enhance the employee experience.

You'll work with the HR team to deliver people initiatives, engagement programmes, and change management, ensuring excellent HR service delivery and strong ER support across the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist.

• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience managing a wide range of employee relations cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TBP and Supply Chain leaders to provide HR support.
• Develop and deliver employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
• Ensure smooth HR operations: onboarding, changes, benefits updates, absence management.
• Coach managers on employee relations and support recruitment efforts.
• Lead HR projects and organisational change initiatives.
• Review and update HR policies in line with legislation and best practice.
• Communicate new initiatives and HR programmes across the business.
