Job summary

TP is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Scotland to partner with Heads of HR and lead strategic HR initiatives across a regional footprint. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days on TP sites and occasional travel; it is a 9-month mat cover contract.

You will coach HRBPs, manage complex employee relations, shape people plans, and deliver cross-functional projects. The successful candidate will bring UK employment law knowledge and CIPD-aligned HR expertise to drive TP's people

Qualifications

• Must have been in an HR Business Partner role for the last 2 consecutive years in a contact centre environment.
• Must reside in UK and eligible to work in the UK.
• Formal qualification in HR-related area; CIPD membership preferable.
• Up to date employment law knowledge for UK and Northern Ireland is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor HRBPs in the provision of an effective business partnering service across the business.
• Shaping the People Strategy and delivering objectives.
• Act as senior point of contact on complex employment cases and projects across the generalist role.
• Provide practical advice to HRBPs, employees and managers across Employee Relations disciplines.
• Support implementation of the company’s people plans and embed a people culture.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects within specific timeframes.
• Deliver HR initiatives and projects across the business and beyond the normal area.
• Review and implement progressive HR policies to drive engagement.
