Job summary

Expleo seeks a strong HR generalist/business partner to support its UK Technology and Engineering units. The role offers hybrid working from Preston, Bristol or London with occasional travel to Expleo sites.

You will partner with managers to deliver talent management, employee relations, career development and engagement initiatives while contributing to HR transformation and the UK HR roadmap. You will work closely with the HR Practice Leads and UK HR Director, driving people initiatives,

Qualifications

• Experience advising managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to balance employee, commercial, and legal considerations when advising.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, probation, attendance, conduct and change.
• Lead and support redundancy consultations and organisational restructuring with legal compliance.
• Support talent management, succession planning and career development discussions.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and L&D for seamless lifecycle experience.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and inform decisions.
