Job summary

Expleo UK LTD is seeking a seasoned HR Generalist/Business Partner to support its UK Technology and Engineering units with a strong operational HR focus and business partnering exposure. The role offers hybrid working across Preston, Bristol or London offices, with occasional site travel and close collaboration with the UK HR Director.

You will support talent management, employee relations, career management and engagement initiatives while contributing to HR transformation activities and the UK

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 7 preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering talent management and employee relations initiatives.
• Experience partnering with managers to address people challenges and build capability.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers on employee relations matters including performance, attendance and conduct.
• Lead and support redundancy consultations and organisational restructuring with legal compliance.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and career development discussions.
• Enhance leadership effectiveness and management capability through coaching and development interventions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive experience.
• Collaborate with HR Transformation Office to rollout UK HR roadmap and new processes.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, TA and L&D to ensure seamless lifecycle experience.
