Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking an HR Manager to partner with senior leaders, drive organisational design and lead change initiatives. You’ll provide expert HR guidance, coach managers, and shape talent development across the Head Office teams.

The role supports broader people initiatives, rewards processes and employee relations, with hybrid working and a focus on delivering measurable business impact.

Competenze

• Broad HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading organisational design and change initiatives.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.

Mansioni

• Support organisational design and change projects aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives and drive performance.
• Challenge processes and drive continuous improvement across HR practices.
• Coach managers, build high-performing teams and manage talent pipelines.
