Job summary

You will own broad strategic initiatives, negotiate high-value agreements, and manage key brands with retailers across the market, while enjoying a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package including a discretionary bonus up to 20% and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development and partnership management or strategic account management within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain and consumer trends.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall business development and partnership strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Drive the delivery and execution of revenue growth targets and partnership objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive market expansion, brand growth and profitability.
• Lead client acquisition and relationship management to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key brands, distributors, and retailers.
• Negotiate high-value agreements and ensure compliance with legal and contractual standards.
