Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking an HR Manager to partner with senior leaders across Head Office, driving organisational design, change projects and people initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with the Senior HR Business Partner to shape people plans that support commercial priorities, coach managers, and lead talent, engagement and performance processes. This hybrid role offers a discretionary bonus and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience in a fast-paced retail or commercial environment.
• Experience leading organisational design and change initiatives.
• Confidence to coach, influence and challenge managers and stakeholders.
• Solid working knowledge of UK employment legislation and ER.
• Experience supporting talent, performance and engagement activities.

Responsabilités

• Support organisational design and transformation projects, ensuring future-ready structures.
• Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to commercial priorities.
• Challenge processes and drive continuous improvement across people practices.
• Coach managers through people challenges to build high-performing teams.
• Support performance, talent and succession planning to identify future leaders.
• Own key HR activities such as engagement surveys, reward processes and employee relations.
