Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is partnering with a client to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. The role focuses on delivering strategic people solutions, building strong relationships with senior leaders, and influencing business decisions across the organisation.

You’ll provide expert HR advice, support organisational change, and ensure people practices align with commercial goals and employee engagement. A commercially focused HR professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations best practice.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions through people solutions.
• Experience in a fast-paced, evolving business environment where priorities change quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with managers and senior leaders to support operational and strategic objectives.
• Advise on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
• Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership capability and confidence in managing people.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver organisational change projects, restructures and workforce planning initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and ensure policies are applied consistently across the business.
• Use HR data and workforce insights to support informed decision-making and identify trends.
• Support talent management activities including succession planning and development.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement across the function.
• Build positive relationships across all areas of the business.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to influence business decisions.
