Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors to deliver a high-quality service.
• Partner with senior leaders to align people plans with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, organisational design and talent management initiatives.
• Lead organisational change, restructures and transformation programmes.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams and manage complex ER matters.
• Use HR data and analytics to influence decisions and measure impact.
