Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to provide trusted HR support across a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on employee relations, HR projects, organisational development and people-focused programmes, while working closely with stakeholders to support effective people decisions and business objectives.

The position requires CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, strong employee relations skills, UK employment law knowledge, and experience delivering

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as HR Advisor, Junior HRBP or HRBP.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Understanding of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Experience delivering HR projects and organisational development initiatives.
• Strong HR analytics experience and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support across employee relations, policies and UK employment law.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide practical HR guidance.
• Support and deliver HR projects, OD initiatives and people programmes.
• Analyse HR data and produce HR metrics and management information.
• Support managers with employee relations, performance and people-related matters.
• Contribute to organisational change, transformation and culture initiatives.
• Support talent management, succession planning and workforce planning activities.
• Contribute to early careers and broader people development programmes.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver HR activities within timelines.
