Project People is recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services provider in the North of England for a strategic HR Business Partner. You will partner with senior leaders across revenue-generating functions, translating strategy into workforce requirements and shaping the organisation to build capability for the future.

Qualifications

HR Business Partner experience translating strategy into workforce requirements.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive organisational performance.
Experience in workforce planning, talent strategy and succession planning.
Strong data analytics and use of HR metrics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with departmental commercial goals.
Drive performance management frameworks focused on measurable business outcomes.
Develop workforce plans aligned with growth targets and budget constraints.
Coach managers on performance leadership and accountability.
Identify critical roles and build succession and talent pipelines.
Analyse headcount, productivity and revenue-per-employee metrics.
