Placements24 in Randburg, Gauteng invites a Senior HR Generalist to shape the people agenda, delivering strategic HR support, policy development, and employee relations across the organization. You will lead recruitment, performance management, and talent development, while ensuring compliance with SA labor law and governing frameworks.

You’ll partner with management to drive HR initiatives that support business goals in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master’s advantageous.
• 5–7 years of extensive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR practices.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive HR support across all areas including ER, talent management, performance and compensation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies aligned with legislative requirements.
• Manage complex employee relations investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Oversee recruitment and selection to attract high-caliber talent.
• Administer performance management systems and coach on goals and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor law (BCEA, LRA, EEA) and confidentiality of records.
• Support development and training initiatives and act as trusted HR advisor to management.
