Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager to lead all HR functions for its Randburg operations. This hybrid leadership role requires shaping HR strategy, guiding a team of HR professionals, and driving engagement, performance, and compliance in a corporate setting.

You will oversee talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and HRIS, while partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic impact and cost-effective HR programs.

Formación

• Requires a Master’s degree in HRM/Business Admin or related field.
• 10+ years in HR with at least 5 in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies in complex environments.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing HR in a hybrid work environment.
• CIPM or equivalent HR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to foster a high-performing environment.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and risk mitigation.
• Drive organizational development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR counsel and budget oversight.
• Manage HRIS data integrity and reporting for informed decision-making.
• Champion diversity and inclusion within the organization.
