Government Recruitment Service is seeking an HR Capability Manager to drive capability development and learning strategies across the organisation. The role operates as a 0.6 FTE job-share across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with a base in Liverpool and Newport.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into training, coaching and development programmes that build capability and improve performance across the organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in assessing current skills and identifying development needs to meet organisational needs.
• Translating business strategy into multi-year capability roadmaps.
• Developing capability plans, including training programmes and mentorship initiatives.
• Leading design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes to enhance employee skills.
• Being the project lead for new capability initiatives.
• Providing guidance and support to employees to reach their potential.
• Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Embedding a capability framework across teams and professions.
• Succession planning and integration with talent pools.
• Continuous improvement of capability development programmes and processes, using technology where appropriate.
• Collaborating with the Performance Manager to track effectiveness of development initiatives.
