NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership within a large NHS organisation, supporting managers and staff to deliver outstanding services for patients.

You will lead the delivery of a comprehensive HR service, providing expert advice on a wide range of workforce matters including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, recruitment and resourcing, attendance management,

Formación

• Significant HR management experience within a complex NHS or large organisation.
• Graduate CIPD membership and commitment to professional development.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations and workforce best practice.
• Experience of managing organisational change and delivering workforce projects.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of leading, managing and developing teams.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and provide pragmatic solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of a professional and responsive HR service within a defined area of the Trust.
• Provide expert advice on complex workforce and employment matters to senior managers.
• Support the development and delivery of HR policies and workforce projects.
• Manage HR team members and drive improvements in service delivery.
• Collaborate with staff-side colleagues and senior leaders to shape workforce strategy.
