Job summary

Using HR case management experience and employment law knowledge, you will develop practical learning solutions that help managers navigate people management challenges early and effectively.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing HR and employee relations casework.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience in HR, Employee Relations, Workforce, Organisational Development or similar role.
• Experience advising and supporting managers on complex people matters.
• Passion for developing others and improving management capability.
• Interested in moving into Learning and Development while utilising HR expertise.

• Develop practical learning solutions that translate HR case management insights into engaging training.
