Job summary

Government Recruitment Service seeks a Learning and Capability Officer to join the Function’s growing Profession and Capability team. The role supports the development of the Grant Profession offer and delivers high-quality learning interventions and products, addressing learning needs and building engagement with the capability offer.

The post holder will assist with the smooth running, administration and organisation of key learning, networking and engagement events, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Provide administrative and secretariat support for the team.
• Manage enrolments/registrations and delegate queries to ensure smooth delivery.
• Design and update digital content, news items and events as required.
• Produce monthly performance dashboards to track profession metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work with SEOs to support the development of the Grants profession and its offer.
• Deliver administrative and secretariat support across the team.
• Provide organisational support for existing training programmes and engagement events.
• Manage profession and training enrolments/registrations, monitor shared mailboxes, and resolve delegate queries.
• Administration of the Grants Centre of Excellence website to maintain content and update digital content, news items and events.
• Support data capture and reporting; maintain databases and dashboards.
