Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is inviting an experienced HR Business Partner to join our CAS People Advisory team as we transform and grow. You will shape the people strategy across Digital, HR Commercial and Finance, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and lead key cyclical HR processes with commercial focus.

You’ll partner with our Senior People Advisory Manager to deliver impactful people solutions, coach managers, and explore how AI can optimise the operating model.

Qualifications

• Track record of strategic HR delivery in a corporate or professional services setting.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through organizational change.
• Proven leadership of cyclical HR activities and ability to hit the ground running.
• Comfort navigating a matrix or multi-stakeholder environment at pace.
• Commercial mindset using HR data & insight to shape decisions and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the people strategy in client groups and embed a high‑performance culture.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Lead salary and bonus reviews and performance moderation with consistent outcomes.
• Coach and develop CAS People Advisory Team to raise capability.
• Support talent planning and workforce analytics to shape future needs.
• Provide ER case activity support as required.
