Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our CAS People Advisory team as part of a major growth and transformation phase. You will shape the service, influence change and support delivery of the people strategy across client groups.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead cyclical HR activities, coach managers, and harness data insights to drive performance and risk-aware decisions.

Qualifications

• Track record of strategic HR delivery in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through organisational change.
• Proven experience leading cyclical HR activities (salary, bonus reviews, performance moderation).
• Comfort navigating a matrix or multi-stakeholder environment at pace.
• Commercial mindset using HR data and insight to shape decisions and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the people strategy in your client groups and work with teams to embed a high-performance culture.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a valued advisor.
• Lead key HR cyclical activity, including salary and bonus reviews and performance moderation.
• Develop exceptional manager capability through coaching, insight and pragmatic advice.
• Be excited about AI and its potential to transform teams, operating model, and ways of working.
• Harness people data to identify trends and translate insight into actions.
• Support stakeholders through periods of change and flux.
• Plan workforce and talent strategy aligned with the firm’s wider agenda.
