Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our CAS People Advisory team as part of a major growth and transformation phase. You will shape the service, influence change and support delivery of the people strategy across client groups.

This is a unique opportunity to join our CAS People Advisory team at a time of significant growth and transformation. As the business continues to evolve across Digital, HR Commercial and Finance, we're strengthening our People Advisory capability to ensure we have the right support in place for the future. We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work alongside our Senior People Advisory Manager, playing a key role in shaping our service, influencing change and supporting the delivery of our people strategy.
Joining us as a HR Business Partner, the minimum criteria you’ll need: A track record of strategic HR delivery in a corporate or professional services environment where pace and growth come as standard in a HR business partnering role. Experience of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through organisational change. Proven experience of leading cyclical HR activities whereby you can hit the ground running. Confidence navigating a matrix or multi-stakeholder environment at pace. A commercial mindset, using HR data & insight to shape decisions and manage risk priorities. It would be great if you also had experience in a professional services environment, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.
