Job summary

Grant Thornton (NI) LLP is seeking a seasoned People & Change Manager to join our Consulting practice. You will lead HR & Change initiatives across client engagements, driving transformation and stakeholder collaboration. The role offers exposure to diverse sectors and opportunities to advance within a fast-growing advisory team.

You will report to the Director and Partner team, providing regular updates and shaping propositions while nurturing a culture of inclusion and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• A third-level degree with strong academic record.
• 7+ years of relevant Consulting or corporate experience.
• Familiarity with Programme and Project Management (PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
• Desirable Change Management qualification (e.g., Prosci).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to scope and solve complex issues, lead workshops, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Direct delivery of client projects and workstreams, including planning and budgeting.
• Coordinate with Irish and international clients to align with strategic goals.
• Engage stakeholders and establish SME status within client organisations and teams.
• Develop strategies for navigating diverse teams and advancing inclusive culture.
• Manage end-to-end HR & Change projects from initiation to completion.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support business development, shape propositions, proposals, and thought leadership.
