Job summary

Grant Thornton UK is seeking an experienced People Advisory Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape our service, influence change, and support delivery of the people strategy across CAS. You will lead cyclical HR activities, coach teams, and build strong, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in a fast-growing professional services environment.

You will drive workforce planning, people analytics, and decision-making grounded in data, helping the business navigate

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering cyclical HR activities.
• Track record of strategic HR delivery in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the people strategy across client groups and embed a high-performance culture.
• Lead salary and bonus reviews and performance moderation for CAS.
• Coach and develop CAS People Advisory Team.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence change.
• Support talent in CAS and align objectives with wider strategy.
• Support ER case activity as required.
