BT Group is seeking a strategic People & Culture Partner to work with leaders across UK businesses, partnering Service and Business Operations, Brand & Marketing, Product or Customer Experience to drive the people agenda through transformation.

You will use data, coaching and HR expertise to shape workforce strategy, support talent and wellbeing, and deliver practical, compliant people solutions within an agile P&C function.

Qualifications

• Acts as a trusted advisor and builds relationships with leaders to drive business performance.
• Uses data insights to shape HR decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develops a deep understanding of the business unit's strategy to provide HR solutions.
• Builds relationships across levels to translate objectives into HR initiatives and drive action.
• Leads strategic workforce planning to ensure right skills, leadership, and locations.
• Supports talent and succession planning aligned with business objectives.
• Contributes to organisational effectiveness through new structures and processes.
• Drives HR knowledge, leverages technology and analytics to improve efficiency.
• Uses data to measure HR programmes and inform decisions.
• Participates in cross-functional agile People & Culture initiatives.
