• Sales and business development experience to grow the business.

• Willingness to travel to other offices (within and outside UK).

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic direction by partnering with leadership to understand priorities and growth objectives.
• Drive growth through origination and conversion of high-value opportunities and outsourcing propositions.
• Build networks across the firm to unlock cross-service opportunities and external market.
• Establish executive-level relationships with corporates to generate sustainable revenue.
• Own account strategies and monitor growth plans for priority clients.
• Oversee market engagement campaigns with origination teams and timely follow-up.
• Represent the firm at events and translate actions into opportunities.
• Manage the team and ensure capacity for client requirements; overseas travel possible to GT India.
• Shape thought leadership and market positioning; ensure campaigns ROI.
• Direct pipeline development and maintain robust order book; accurate forecasting.
• Ensure best-in-class client materials and sector credentials.
• Champion digital and social presence.
