Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the CAS People Advisory team. You will shape the people strategy, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive high-performance culture across client groups.

You will lead cyclical HR activity, coach managers, and leverage data analytics to inform decisions while embracing AI and change across the business. Flexible working options available to balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Track record of strategic HR delivery in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through organisational change.
• Proven experience leading cyclical HR activities to deliver results.
• Confidence navigating a matrix or multi-stakeholder environment at pace.
• Commercial mindset using HR data and insight to shape decisions and manage risk priorities.
• Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the people strategy in client groups and embed a high-performance culture.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on change.
• Lead cyclical HR activity including salary and bonus reviews and performance moderation.
• Coach and develop people managers with pragmatic, expert guidance.
• Be excited about AI and its impact on teams, operating model, and work.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and translate insight into action.
• Guide stakeholders through periods of change and flux with a forward-looking mindset.
• Plan workforce, shape teams, and align talent with the wider strategy and I&D agenda.
• Support CAS talent with business cases and development plans across stakeholders.
• Support ER case activity as required.
• Inspire and challenge the CAS People Advisory Team to raise capability and performance.
