Job summary

Finning (UK) Ltd. is seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner to act as an operational people partner to business leaders across our organisation. You will support strategic goals, lead people plans and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture in a multi-site environment.

The role requires CIPD qualifications and significant HRBP experience, with a track record of delivering change and strong leadership coaching. Travel and a full UK driving license are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver people plans that support operational and organisational objectives.
• Provide expert HR advice and coaching to build leadership capability and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
• Use people data, insights and workforce trends to inform decision-making and drive organisational effectiveness.
• Lead talent, succession and workforce planning activities to support capability development and internal progression.
• Manage and support complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policy and best practice.
• Take ownership of recruitment for key leadership positions, ensuring robust, inclusive and effective hiring decisions.
• Support organisational change, performance management and employee engagement initiatives across designated business areas.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused HR service.
