Pentland Brands is seeking a commercial, forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our London HQ in Farringdon. You’ll partner with senior leaders and the wider People Function to deliver people-first support across the business, balancing strategic HR partnering with hands-on delivery and shaping people strategies that drive performance and growth.

You’ll lead on employee relations, engage in change initiatives and use data to inform decisions, while supporting the full employee lifecycle in

Formación

• UK employment law knowledge is essential.
• Experience managing complex ER cases with discretion.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance.
• Strong data-driven decision making and measurement of impact.
• Proven track record improving engagement, inclusion and culture.
• Experience supporting organisational change in matrixed environments.
• Desirable: experience in retail, consumer goods or fashion.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic HR partnership with senior leaders to shape people strategies.
• Coach managers on HR policies and enable effective decision-making.
• Lead and manage employee relations from day‑to‑day to complex cases.
• Drive engagement, culture and change initiatives across the UK.
