Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and line managers to align people strategy with commercial goals. This full-time, office-based role located in the UK requires a driving licence due to rural location and offers a salary of £50,000–£54,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 5 and experience at HRBP or Senior HR Advisor level ready to step up, with a focus on strategic alignment, coaching, and change

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 required.
• Experience working as an HR Business Partner or ready to move into an HRBP role.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business goals into practical workforce plans and talent strategies.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives and managers on performance, leadership, and team development.
• Lead organisational restructuring, culture shifts, and agile working models within units.
• Use HR metrics to diagnose workforce challenges, forecast talent needs, and measure impact of initiatives.
• Manage high-level employee relations issues and risk mitigation.
