Grant Thornton UK is seeking an experienced HR Reporting Manager to translate people data into actionable insights and drive decisions at board level. You will partner with the Data Office and People & Culture leadership to deliver reliable reporting and clear narratives.

In this role, you will manage ad-hoc requests, interpret dashboards, and escalate data requirements with governance in mind. Flexible working options and work-life balance are supported.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HR data and metrics (e.g., workforce, talent, reward, engagement, DE&I).
• Confident user of Power BI reports and dashboards, comfortable navigating existing reports.

Responsibilities

• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for P&C leadership.
• Dashboard interpretation and narrative for decision-making.
• Liaise with People Data Analyst and Data Office on data changes.
