Michael Page is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to partner with managers and employees across the organisation, providing pragmatic guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing operations, manage a varied employee relations caseload, and coach managers on employment law, HR best practice and policies.

• Broad HR advisory experience across full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing operations.
• Manage employee relations caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, capability processes, absence management, redundancy, retirement and dispute resolution.
• Coach managers on employment law, HR best practice, policies and procedures.
• Support succession planning, talent management and career development initiatives.
• Drive improvements in employee engagement through forums, feedback and cultural change initiatives.
• Support performance management processes, annual reviews and pay review activities.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to reduce absence and improve retention.
