Michael Page is seeking an HR Advisor for a growing technology and services organisation based in Watford. You’ll provide expert HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and wider people initiatives.

With a focus on customer success and employee engagement, the role supports managers across the business in a rapidly expanding environment. You will work on HR policy development, reporting and learning initiatives while ensuring compliance and high-quality HR service.

Formación

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, or working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling employee relations cases (absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support employee relations cases (absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance).
• Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support the development and rollout of HR policies and procedures.
• Produce HR reports and management information as required.
• Coordinate learning and development activities.
• Manage new starter, probation and leaver processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
