Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a UK-wide manufacturing organisation to appoint an HR Business Partner for an 8-9 month interim assignment, with potential for permanent in the future. The role offers hybrid working (circa 3 days onsite and 2 at home) and requires travel to sites around the UK as business needs dictate.

You will report to Head of HR Partnering and work with HR Centre of Excellence to provide strategic support to senior management across multiple sites, focusing on workforce

Qualifications

• Ideal applicants will have a background in Senior HR Advisor/Business Partnering roles.
• Experience across multi-site environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic support on people matters to support organisational success
• Ensure workforce planning supports long-term growth
• Support decision making with data-led insights
• Work alongside the talent acquisition team to support with attraction and retention
• Drive initiatives to support employee engagement
• Support the organisation with change management projects
• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations cases
