Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead for the EMEA region, based in London. You will provide business-critical insights, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

You will work with the UKI leadership to tailor strategy for local markets, drive growth initiatives, and measure progress toward regional goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 year of experience in sales management, management consulting, or Strategy/Sales Operations in an Enterprise Software firm.
• Experience leading large programs or consulting projects in enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UKI Leadership team to develop the organization’s strategy, growth, and business plan, becoming an integral part of the leadership team and trusted advisor.
• Tailor the UKI business strategy and narrative for local markets, leveraging data to identify vertical, horizontal, and competitor risks and opportunities.
• Drive the business forward by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and scale the business.
• Shape how we work and run the business as a Strategy and Sales Operations team, own key processes, foster collaboration, and measure progress towards goals.
