Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in corporate communications or internal communications.
• 5 years of experience in executive communications, partnering directly with C-suite, VP, or senior leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional communications projects across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise EMEA Cloud President and senior leadership; draft internal emails, talking points, briefings, and presentations.
• Prepare executives for critical internal and external touchpoints including leadership meetings, town halls, all-hands, and industry slots.
• Create and deploy holistic communications campaigns that drive employee engagement and align OKRs; manage rhythms and channels of leadership-to-employee communications.
• Provide critical comms support for sensitive announcements, change management, crisis scenarios, and culture initiatives.
• Partner with Public Relations, Marketing, Government Affairs and Public Policy, Legal, HR, and Operations/Program Management to align internal and external messaging.
