Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Leadership experience including people management, team lead, mentorship or coaching.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer engineers, focusing on culture, talent strategy and skills development.
• Foster partnerships with customers and provide thought leadership on cloud solutions.
• Partner with Sales to define technical go-to-market strategies and delivery plans.
• Balance technical leadership with operational excellence and resolve roadblocks.
