Cotech Building Careers seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South region, focusing on procurement frameworks and strategic leads in South London. You will shape customer relationships, manage frameworks, and secure key opportunities while coordinating with regional teams to align with priorities.

You will engage with new and existing customers, understand their needs, and guide them through early project stages to shape optimal solutions.

• Proven business development experience with a track record of creating and converting opportunities.
• Experience managing or delivering within frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Ability to build and nurture strong internal and external relationships.
• Confident engaging with customers at all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Develop and execute growth strategies across South London and the South region.

• Lead pipeline development and monitor regional priorities with cross-functional teams.
