Job summary

Assystem in Gloucestershire is seeking a Framework Manager to lead multi-framework engagement with key clients, ensuring delivery against strategic goals and quality standards. You will work across bids, programmes and internal teams to optimise value and align with Assystem's growth objectives.

The role emphasises collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement within a hybrid working environment and customer-focused delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify key contacts within stakeholder businesses and build ongoing collaborative relationships.
• Understand framework strategy and ensure requirements are delivered to high quality standards.
• Support bid team in tendering and positioning for future framework opportunities.
• Develop framework management controls for delivering proposals and profiles.
• Create tools to monitor framework activity spend, client satisfaction, and value for money.
• Ensure frameworks are reviewed by Legal and understood by the project team.
• Represent Assystem at framework level, supplier reviews, and bidder forums.
• Participate in refining and implementing the business plan for future of the Framework.
