Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a Group Product Manager to define the vision and strategy for the Order Management & Fulfilment domain. You will lead a team of Senior Product Managers, shaping priorities with data-driven insights and collaborating with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful product outcomes.

You will drive end-to-end product delivery across inventory management, order management, and fulfilment, aligning roadmaps with business and technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience translating business goals into clear strategies and roadmaps.
• Ability to balance customer, business, technology and operational needs to drive outcomes.
• Experience leading product managers and coaching teams to mature product craft.
• Comfort working across strategic vision and delivery details in complex environments.
• Understanding of agile product development and modern engineering practices.
• Data-driven decision making using metrics and insights.
• Influence across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy across Order Management & Fulfilment.
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Product Managers to deliver shared outcomes.
• Develop roadmaps and backlogs with clear goals and investment cases.
• Own end-to-end product outcomes across inventory, order management, delivery and transport systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to deliver scalable and secure products.
• Partner with operational and business teams to translate problems into solutions.
• Use data and insights to inform prioritization and measure value delivered.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and third-party partners for end-to-end experiences.
• Support resolution of live product incidents and manage operational risks.
