Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking a senior leader to develop and implement the strategic plan for the CARS program within the Engineering Services and RUBIX UK framework. You will drive financial and operational effectiveness of the Business Unit and ensure QHSE compliance across the operation.

You will steer budgeting, forecasts, and sales collaboration with the Rubix network, promote Customer Needs analysis, and lead a high-performing team to deliver growth and value for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• Qualified in condition monitoring and/or compressed air systems.
• Experience in Engineering Services / Industrial MRO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the CARS program aligned with RUBIX UK's goals.
• Lead and coordinate financial and operational performance of the business unit.
• Manage QHSE in line with statutory requirements and company expectations.
• Collaborate with Rubix Sales network to identify target customers and grow revenue.
• Develop annual budget and operating plan; monitor KPIs for revenue, gross margin and EBITDA.
• Lead BU team, drive talent management and performance reviews.
