Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking an experienced Insite Manager to lead our on-site operation at a key customer location. You will own service delivery, safety, stores control, commercial performance and the customer relationship.

As the senior Rubix representative on site, you’ll coordinate Rubix teams, suppliers and site stakeholders to deliver a safe, responsive and commercially successful operation, solving complex problems and creating measurable value.

Qualifications

• Operational leadership experience in on-site environments (Insite/MRO/warehouse)
• Commercial awareness with experience managing sales and margin
• Purchasing, stock control and inventory processes
• ERP/inventory systems knowledge for auditable controls
• Strong HSEQ knowledge and risk management understanding
• Experience managing KPIs and service reviews
• Ability to lead and influence teams
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with data interpretation
• Judgement balancing customer needs with safety and contract requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe and compliant operation, maintaining risk assessments and actions.
• Day-to-day contract delivery with clear service level ownership.
• Act as primary Rubix contact on site, building relationships across teams.
• Lead and develop the site team, set standards and ensure smooth handovers.
• Control stores activity: goods-in, put-away, returns, repairs and enquiries.
• Manage inventory and supply performance, stock accuracy and contingencies.
• Own site commercial performance: sales, gross profit, margin and costs.
• Deliver KPI, safety, financial, inventory and risk reporting with actions.
• Identify improvements through stock optimisation and process changes.
