Rubix UKII is seeking an experienced Insite Manager to lead on-site operations at a key customer location. You will own service delivery, safety, stores control and the customer relationship, bringing together Rubix teams, suppliers and site stakeholders to deliver a safe, responsive and commercially successful operation.

This role requires a strong operational leader with commercial awareness, able to analyse data, optimize stock and drive measurable improvements while maintaining high safety

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in an on-site operations role within industrial, MRO, or stores environments.
• Strong grasp of P&L, margins, costs and working capital management.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and stock accuracy processes.
• Knowledge of HSEQ requirements and corrective-action processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, compliant operations with risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Own day-to-day contract delivery, service levels and customer obligations.
• Be the primary on-site Rubix contact across teams and suppliers.
• Develop site team with coaching, clear standards and handovers.
• Control stores activity including goods-in, put-away and returns.
• Manage inventory, stock accuracy and supplier continuity.
• Own site commercial performance across sales, margin and working capital.
• Deliver accurate KPI, safety, financial, inventory and risk reporting.
