Bestway Wholesale Limited is seeking a Category Manager to drive category plans that maximise sales and profit across Bestway Retail and our retailers. The role covers ranging, pricing strategy, supplier management, and promotional planning, with responsibility for mentoring Category Assistants.

Your main responsibilities include securing income from suppliers for media support, delivering category strategies, and ensuring ranges and pricing align with policy and business goals.

Formación

• Significant experience in FMCG Wholesale or Retail buying, sales or category management.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Numerate with ability to analyse performance and market data.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver category plans to maximise sales and profit for Bestway Retail and retailers.
• Develop category strategy, ranging and pricing aligned with policy and business strategy.
• Negotiate income from suppliers for media promotions and initiatives.
• Plan seasonal promotional events and manage range development with suppliers.
• Mentor and develop Category Assistants and oversee category activities.
