Bestway Wholesale Limited is seeking a Category Manager to drive category plans that maximise sales and profitability for Bestway Retail and retailers. You will manage ranging, pricing, strategy, supplier relations and promotional planning while mentoring Category Assistants.

Responsibilities include creating and implementing category strategy, negotiating income for media support, and ensuring on-time admin for the category. Strong FMCG experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in FMCG Wholesale or Retail category management.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to analyse performance and market data to shape category strategy.
