• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and implement category strategies and promotional plans.

Aufgaben

• Deliver Category Plans to maximise sales and profit for Bestway Retail and Retailers.
• Develop ranging, pricing, strategy, supplier management, and promotional planning.
• Mentor Category Assistants and oversee their activities.
• Negotiate income from suppliers for media promotional support and initiatives.
• Analyse promotional effectiveness and forecasts for product categories.
