Qualifications

• Proven experience in Hard Services FM with self-delivery and subcontractor management.
• Recognised national qualification in an engineering field (electrical/mechanical/gas).
• Strong leadership and ability to direct and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and Health & Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance, ensuring SLAs, compliance, and efficient operations.
• Lead and develop Engineering and Operational teams; manage performance and training.
• Maintain client relationships, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Manage financial plans focused on revenue, profit, and cost reduction, with quality standards.
• Identify improvements and implement controls to meet statutory and contractual commitments; ensure safety.
