Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Ilford is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract performance, SLAs and compliance, and to manage daily operations.

You will lead the Engineering and Operational teams, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue and cost control while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

This role requires a solid engineering background, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Hard Services FM experience with self-delivery and subcontractor management.
• Recognised national qualification in an engineering field (electrical/mechanical/gas).
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to direct a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a solid understanding of Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance.
• Lead Engineering and Operational teams, including performance and training.
• Manage client and stakeholder relations, reporting and issue resolution.
• Manage financial plans focusing on revenue, profit, and cost control.
• Identify improvements and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual commitments.
• Deliver effective communication and ongoing training for site, systems and staff.
